Umratan uses Cloud Firestore to store and retrieve application content and data required for certain features, including Umrah-related content, travel or package information, application updates, settings, and other content displayed within the App.
Umratan may use Firebase Storage to store and deliver images, application-related media, and other content necessary for App functionality.
Umratan may display YouTube videos or live streams, including content related to Makkah and Madinah. Your interaction with YouTube content may be subject to YouTube's and Google's privacy policies and terms of service.
The App may use an internet connection to retrieve updated content, access Firebase services, display maps or online information, load YouTube videos or live streams, and synchronize application content.
Some features may request access to your device's location when necessary for location-based functionality.
Umratan does not intentionally use location information for advertising or tracking purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Umratan may store preferences locally on your device, including selected language, theme preferences, text size settings, bookmarks, application settings, counter values, and other locally saved preferences.
Umratan may provide an option for users to voluntarily support the development and maintenance of the App financially. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers. Umratan does not intentionally collect or store your full payment card details.
We do not sell or rent users' personal information. Information may be processed by trusted third-party providers when necessary to operate the App, including Google Firebase, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, YouTube, payment service providers, and infrastructure providers.
