You agree to use Umratan only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App in a way that damages its functionality.
The information provided in Umratan is intended for informational and educational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all content is always complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Users should verify important travel, legal, visa, transportation, accommodation, and other official information through appropriate and reliable sources.
Umratan may provide Islamic educational content, including information related to Umrah, duas, Quranic content, and religious practices. The App is intended as a helpful informational resource and does not replace consultation with qualified religious scholars regarding specific religious questions.
The Tawaf counter, Tasbih counter, and similar tools are provided for convenience. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their own worship and practices.
Location-based information may not always be accurate, complete, or available. Users should not rely solely on the App for navigation or safety-critical decisions.
Some features require an internet connection. Your mobile network provider may charge for data usage, and you are responsible for applicable charges.
Umratan may use or provide access to third-party services, including Google Firebase, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, YouTube, map services, and payment service providers. These services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Umratan may display YouTube videos or live streams. We do not own or control all third-party video content. Availability depends on YouTube and the respective content providers.
Travel packages, prices, schedules, availability, accommodation, transportation, and other information may change. Users should confirm important details directly with the relevant travel provider or authorized organization before making decisions or payments.
Umratan may allow users to voluntarily support the development and maintenance of the App financially. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Any financial contribution is voluntary unless clearly stated otherwise.
The Umratan name, logo, application design, original content, graphics, software, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. Protected materials may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.
We strive to keep Umratan available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, modify, remove features, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend services when necessary.
Umratan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Umratan and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Your use of Umratan is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published within the App or on our official Terms page.
We may suspend or terminate access to certain features when necessary. You may stop using Umratan at any time by uninstalling the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected where required by law.
